What personal data we collect
We collect only what you give us and what our analytics tools record.
- Contact and demo request forms. Your name, email address, company, country, company type, area of interest and whatever you write in the message field.
- Newsletter subscriptions. Your email address.
- Booking a meeting. Bookings are handled by our scheduling provider (Cal.com), which collects the details you enter into its own booking form and processes them under its own privacy policy.
- Analytics, only with your consent. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity record pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and — in Clarity’s case — a reconstruction of how you moved through the page. Neither runs until you accept analytics cookies.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To answer you. Responding to a contact or demo request is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and is in our legitimate interest in running a business.
- To send the newsletter. On the basis of your consent, given when you subscribe. You can withdraw it from any email.
- To improve the site. Analytics are used on the basis of your consent, which you give or refuse through the cookie banner and can change at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers who make this site work, each acting as our processor or as an independent controller for their own service:
- Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
- Resend — delivering form submissions to our inbox.
- Cal.com — meeting scheduling.
- Google (Analytics 4) and Microsoft (Clarity) — website analytics, only with consent.
Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers are covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and demo requests: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless the enquiry becomes a client relationship.
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics data: according to the retention period configured in each tool, no longer than 14 months.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what we did before you withdrew it.
