1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of storycodes.io (the “site”), operated by StoryCodes®. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Services we provide to clients — producing StoryCodes®, running campaigns or providing access to the Experience Platform — are governed by a separate written agreement, not by these terms.
2. Use of the site
You agree not to:
- use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system;
- interfere with the site’s operation, including by introducing malicious code;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content for commercial purposes without our written permission;
- submit false information, or another person’s details, through our forms.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, StoryCode designs, logos, layout and code — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. StoryCodes® is a registered trademark.
Brand names and campaign visuals shown as examples are illustrative concepts created to demonstrate the format. They do not imply any endorsement by, or commercial relationship with, any third party unless we say so explicitly.
QR Code is a registered trademark of Denso Wave Incorporated. Other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
4. Third-party links and embeds
The site links to and embeds third-party services, including our booking calendar. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
5. No warranties
The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current. Nothing on this site is professional advice.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date above tells you when it last changed.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law, and the courts of Belgium have exclusive jurisdiction.
